Our Services

We understand that personal care tasks can feel invasive, so our personal carers understand that your dignity is very important.

Our carers can provide support with:
  • Bathing/Showering
  • Dressing
  • Bed Routine
  • Continence Care
  • Meal-time support
  • Housekeeping
  • Medication Assistance
We collaborate on all of our care packages, which are designed to give you the highest level of independence and control of your care. Our highly trained staff support all of your care at home needs and are dedicated to support you every step of the way.

Our respite service offers you the chance to rest and recharge for as little, or as long, as you need. Our carers support you to ensure your loved one is given round the clock care and feels supported in their home.

Our care at home team understands the conflict of having a third-party care for a loved one, therefore they will be with you every step of the way ensuring your involvement with the process whilst also allowing you to take time for yourself.

We offer sitting services ranging from a few hours to 24-hour live-in care, so whether you need a few hours to engage in your hobbies or if you need a longer break, we are here to help you.

Following a stay in hospital our staff can help you to settle back into your home, over either a short or long-term period. We will work with you, occupational therapists and discharge teams to ensure that you have all the support you need to get back to your normal routine.

Having carers supporting your rehabilitation means that you can relax and recuperate; while housekeeping, medication administration, follow up appointments and further responsibilities are taken out of your hands. As you near the end of your recovery, we can adjust the support plan to suit you and your family.

People can become isolated for a number of reasons. Whatever the cause, it is very easy to feel alone and vulnerable which can lead to a decline in a person’s physical and mental health.

Our companionship services support in encouraging mental stimulation, from having someone pop in for a cup of tea and a chat, help with computers to regularly communicate with loved ones, or helping to go out for day trips.

Our assisted living services provide full time at-home care, which you may find could be a more comfortable alternative to a care home.

Our carers provide the same level of care from Nurses, Healthcare Assistants to Support Workers, in the comfort of your own home. We help with all of your health requirements, along with taking responsibility for day-to-day chores and offering genuine companionship.
